Born in the year of the Goat (1979) under the sign of the Archer (Dec). In a small village in Pasir Mas, Kelantan, raised near the same place. A graduate from USM in Aquatic Biology. (B. App Sc. (Hons) Aquatic Biology) Then went on to pursue a Dip. Ed at Maktab Perguruan Ilmu Khas (MPIK) majoring in TESL.
Currently teaching in Gua Musang, Kelantan, previously was teaching part time at SM Teknik Tanah Merah, Kelantan. Currently teaches English and also Biology. Am also the coach for volleyball and also robotics (lego).
Married to an amazing maths teacher. And towing along a beautiful daughter 
Love to read, a lot, whenever I can get my hand on a good book, and also watching movies (have a ton of VCD which my mom always say “yang berlonggok tu nak buat apa”), I love to take pictures whenever I can. Have a tendency to snap on impulse. Takes bad pictures, trying to learn how to take better pictures. Other past times include cycling and table-tennis. I write poetry when the urge and need is there, need inspirations to do that 
Spend hours in front of the computer, mostly online I don’t play computer games though. Prefer to tinker with it.
Personality wise, I’m funny, tend to do some very crazy stuff at times, example is here, open minded, simple yet deep down complex. I’m extremely friendly, though I have this very serious looking face

Nickname
The nick karlbum doesn’t really carry any special meaning. The nick has had a ton of meaning attached to it, most simple is from the word Qalbun (arabic:heart) because I’m such a romantic at times Other justifications includes karl + bum .. karl for karl marx , I happen to have the same sort of radical / weird way of thinking. BUM can either be the brand or maybe because I’m a lazy bum The nick was actually used on the undernet as an alter ego for me to chat on #teen and #teens (cenel melayu mana ada sgt pon)
